Avionté Places on Best Companies List for 4th Consecutive Year

We are excited to announce that Avionté Staffing Software has placed on the Minnesota Business’ 2016 100 Best Companies to Work For Awards list!

This is the fourth year in a row that we have placed on this list and we feel honored to be featured alongside top Minnesota companies recognized for a stand-out company culture and a focus on employee happiness.

The magazine selects their “100 Best” by evaluating the scores of an anonymous online questionnaire that is filled out by the employees of each participating company. According to Minnesota Business, the companies determined as the 100 Best Companies to Work For excelled in the areas of work environment, employee benefits, and overall employee happiness.

The Avionté leadership team has worked to create a company culture that emphasizes Avionté’s work hard, play hard philosophy. From organizing frequent out-of-office events including Minnesota Wild hockey games, happy hours and nonprofit activities, to employee reward initiatives like “date nights on Avionté” and the Avionté “thank tank”, Avionté has built a company culture that employees want to stick around for.
