Eagan, MN, January 27, 2016 –(PR.com)–
The 2015 calendar year brought significant change and positive growth for Avionté, which provides innovative front and back-office staffing software solutions to the HR industry. The Minnesota-based company welcomed over 100 additional clients in 2015, maintained 99 percent user retention and celebrated its 10-year anniversary with over 10,000 live users.
“We’ve kept our heads down, focused on our customers and employees and built what we felt the industry was missing and truly needed in a staffing software product,” said Avionté CEO John Long. “Our 10-year anniversary represents a significant milestone for each and every person that has been involved in our journey. I am very pleased with how far we have come.”
Avionté continues to be a fast-growing Minnesota technology company with over 110 now employed at its corporate office. Following a substantial boost in 2014, Avionté increased its R&D investment again in 2015 by an additional 40 percent. The company created a DevOps Team, expanded its office space and added numerous high-level development roles.
Other key hires – including information technology veteran Jeff Boyce as VP of Services and Mike Kennedy as CFO – were added in 2015 to support Avionté’s expansive client base. The company hosted its largest annual user conference to date with over 300 client attendees in August, debuting its coming release of Aero, the company’s new web-based professional staffing platform.
In addition to employee and customer growth, Avionté showed compelling financial growth in 2015. Recurring revenue for Avionté was up 40 percent in 2015, with 20 percent total revenue growth overall. In August, Avionté placed on Inc’s list of fastest-growing companies in the U.S. for the fourth consecutive year with a three-year growth of 170 percent.
For the third year in a row, Avionté placed on the Minnesota Business magazine’s Best Companies list, which selects its 100 companies based solely on employee survey feedback.
“We work hard to create a company culture here that people want to be a part of,” said Avionté Talent and Development Manager Angela Lawrence. “Employee tenure is extremely important, particularly at companies like ours, where employee teamwork is a crucial component to client success and where client satisfaction is our number one priority.”
In addition to creating two new software releases in 2015, a handful of companies – including Asurint, PeopleG2, Peoplenet and myHRcounsel – joined Avionté’s list of technology partners in 2015. Avionté continues to provide the industry with a top applicant tracking system for ACA tracking and compliance.
