Happy New Year! 2018 is upon us, which means we have a lot of exciting things to share and a lot coming your way to give you the ultimate staffing software experience. From driving more efficiency throughout your organization to bringing you best-in-class partnerships, we’re excited for an amazing year!
In 2017, we launched an extensive set of functionality crucial to the success of your business. Through a fully mobile application process, configurable Application Workflows, themed Job Boards, integrated social media sharing, unique Job Posting URLs, and more,we helped enhance the talent experience and provided more flexibility for your recruiters. At the end of 2017, we restructured and refocused our efforts to ensure we kicked off 2018 with a strong product development strategy in place. With this new strategy, our development teams are now dedicated to specific product lines. These teams include Front Office, External Modules (Talent and Job Board Modules), Partnerships, and Back Office. The goal is to enhance efficiency and quickly deliver new functionality across our entire portfolio. With this dedicated focus, we will be able to tackle multiple initiatives at one time.
Speaking of kicking off 2018 – our first major release is coming soon! The February release includes E-Signature Documents powered by Adobe® Sign and IBM® Kenexa® Assess on Cloud. And that’s just the beginning! From there we will be focusing on our productized API and many more exciting initiatives as a part of our full mobile onboarding solution.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT
Transition from Prove It! to IMB® Kenexa® Assess on Cloud
IBM’s new assessment platform, IBM Kenexa Assess on Cloud, is replacing Prove It!. We will begin the deprecation of Prove It! starting in mid-February and plan to have all clients fully migrated by the end of March. As an integrated partner with IBM, we plan to make this transition as easy and seamless as possible. With that said, IBM will own the official migration schedule, but we will be there for you along the way! We will be following up with more information on what you need to do, but for now, we wanted to give you a heads up of the timing and what you can expect from the Assess on Cloud partnership. Our goal is to provide industry-leading assessment technology to you and your candidates through our partnership with Assess on Cloud.
