Announced today, for the third time, Avionté has placed on annual American Staffing Association Care Award, receiving an Honorable Mention!
The national awards program recognizes outstanding corporate social responsibility initiatives among ASA member staffing firms, associate members (staffing industry suppliers), and regional councils and affiliated chapters.
Avionté was placed on the list in recognition of the company’s Avionté Hope Foundation, the nonprofit arm of Avionté, which was launched in January 2012 to help individuals in the local community achieve long term life achievement through financial and personal support, and to provide a conduit for employees to be more involved in volunteering.
To date, the Avionté Hope Foundation has given over $150,000 to local nonprofit organizations. This year alone, Avionté have donated over $25,000 locally and Avionté’s employees have spent over 900 hours volunteering in the community.
The ASA Care Award honorees will be celebrated during the last Staffing World 2016 General Session, taking place on Thursday, Oct. 27.
