Avionte Software Named a “Business Builder” by Local Minnesota Magazine

In Upsize Minnesota Magazine’s January edition, Avionté was showcased as one of five finalists for their annual Business Builder Awards contest, designed to recognize Minnesota entrepreneurs for driving smart, sustainable growth in the Minnesota area.

Avionte was the only staffing software company on the list, and was listed alongside the local companies Renters Warehouse, Imagine IT, TitleSmart, and VirtualOffiCenters.

Upsize Minnesota Magazine is geared for small-business owners and focuses on growth, and on helping local business leaders find smart ways to grow.

In the article showcasing Minnesota’s top five Business Builders of the year, Avionté CEO John Long talks about Avionté’s investment from Serent Capital, the company’s niche client base, and Avionté’s main goals of retaining employees and serving customers.

“As you transition you have to go from generalist to specialist,” Long said regarding the company’s fast growth. “When you’re small, you can be the hero. As you transition, you have to trust your teammates.”
