The American Staffing Association’s (ASA) annual Staffing World has come and gone but there was something extra special about this year’s event that continues to add a whole new level of excitement to the industry. Can you guess what?
Staffing World was the official industry launchpad of our new generation of staffing software, AviontéBOLD.
After revealing AviontéBOLD to clients at the annual Avionté CONNECT user conference in August, we couldn’t wait to let the rest of the industry, or for starters, the 1,800 attendees at Staffing World see everything that AviontéBOLD has to offer.

While the release of AviontéBOLD was certainly our biggest news, it wasn’t the highlight of the show for our team. The best part of any staffing event for us is the opportunity to connect with our clients! In fact, we value spending time with our clients so much, that we dedicated a booth just to hang out with them.
And that booth was hopping! The Avionté BOLD BAR featured a relaxed and fun environment to engage with our favorite people at the show, our clients. The 10×20 space hosted a variety of fun happenings including an oxygen bar, which uses purified oxygen to boost energy levels, relieve stress and even cure an ESC party hangover!
Along with giving away 100’s of survival kits and probably the best swag at the show, we also featured a caricature artist. Check out our Facebook album of Staffing World 2019 to see how the drawings turned out!
Of course, we can’t consider the conference a sales success if we aren’t engaging with firms who are not yet part of the Avionté family and ensuring they truly understand the value of the new generation, AviontéBOLD. The opposite side of the aisle (booth #2) was a constant stream of demoing throughout each day of the event.
Additionally, Avionté had the privilege of sponsoring the ASA Cares Live event, which offered a special volunteer opportunity for attendees. Participants assembled hygiene kits, school supply kits and created paracord “survivor” bracelets for local charities. There was also a special puppy event where attendees that made a small donation had the opportunity to pet cute puppies.
Speaking of ASA Cares, Avionté was honored with a 2019 American Staffing Association Care Award through our efforts with the Avionté Hope Foundation (AHF), a charitable and social responsibility arm of our company.
