Avionté and WorkN were honored to participate in Staffing World 2022, hosted by the American Staffing Association. This year, hundreds of industry leaders came together in Las Vegas, Nevada to make connections, learn new strategies, and discover solutions that will help their businesses grow. We had an amazing time seeing so many familiar faces and making new acquaintances at this wonderful event.
Staffing World brought together diverse staffing leaders from all over the country. But no matter their background or location, they all shared one factor in common – a passion for their industry! It is this shared passion that has helped put over 3 million people to work daily across the United States.
Having that same passion – and delighted to be part of such a committed and caring community – we were happy to interact with so many customers, partners, and prospects at our BOLD Bar booth to talk about the current state of the industry, future plans, and how Avionté and WorkN are driving innovation to meet modern talent needs. Despite current talent challenges and amid major societal and technological change, we were pleased to see how staffing leaders are embracing the future with optimism and enthusiasm!
At our demo booth, Avionté showcased many of our latest products, including our mobile solution, 24/7. With 24/7, agencies can deliver an optimal, end-to-end candidate experience through a mobile app that facilitates all talent interactions right from their candidates’ smartphones. Christopher Ryan, our Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, additionally delivered a thought-provoking presentation on how agencies can leverage mobile technology to engage talent and future-proof their business to become the agency of choice for their consumers.
We also showcased our brand new business intelligence technology that combines front-office, back-office, and talent data to provide real-time business analysis that will help your agency drive meaningful change. And that wasn’t all! We additionally provided an exciting sneak peek of 24/7 Pixel, our latest AI-enhanced messaging and talent engagement app that integrates directly with AviontéBOLD and the 24/7 mobile platform. Rolling out in 2023, Pixel uses a natural language processing bot that automates any repetitive communications that can unnecessarily drain a recruiter’s time and productivity. This new tool was so well received, Staffing World featured the enhancement in a breakout session titled, 2022’s Top Trending Technology Tools You Should Have in Your Tech Stack.
These demos were met with great interest and enthusiasm from all those who stopped by to visit, and the energy surrounding our booth was palpable!
In addition, Avionté was a proud sponsor of ASA Cares, which hosted several events during Staffing World dedicated to supporting a few notable philanthropies. One of these events, called Pawvana, benefited the Las Vegas Valley Humane Society. Staffing World attendees, including many of our own employees, gave donations for the opportunity to play with some very adorable foster puppies. The event was pawfect, raising $1100 in just two short hours for LVVHS.
Avionté also helped sponsor another meaningful charity event during the conference that supports Project 150. Volunteer attendees came together to assemble 1200 hygiene kits for homeless teens filled with essential travel-size products. And at the virtual Jobs for America (JAG) event, 20 students of great promise were provided with a comprehensive set of services designed to empower them with the skills and support they need to succeed in education, employment, and life.
In addition, WorkN was a proud sponsor of Thrive, a pre-conference event that brought together female leaders in staffing to share lessons learned and effective growth strategies that have propelled their careers.
Staffing World 2022 was a tremendous success, thanks in large part to the passion, energy, and enthusiasm of its attendees! Avionté and WorkN were honored to take part in this extraordinary event and to collaborate and engage with so many passionate leaders in the staffing industry.
