The VMS Channel Partner Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, including staffing agencies, HR consultants, and industry influencers, to drive sales of SimpleVMS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, nurturing, and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the VMS ecosystem and proven experience in staffing sales.
This is what you’ll do:
Channel Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and build relationships with potential channel partners; Conduct software demos and build rapport with partners to ensure they understand and can effectively sell the VMS solution; Attend industry conferences and becoming an evangelist for SimpleVMS; Doing speaking engagements at industry conferences.
Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior sales executives educate potential channel partners to bring VMS opportunities; Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure target achievement.
Vendor Management System Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on the VMS platform, providing guidance to partners and end clients; Demonstrate product features and tailor solutions to client needs.
Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities; Provide regular performance and progress reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing concerns and providing exceptional support; Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and stakeholders; Collaboration and Cross-
Functional Support: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align efforts and deliver cohesive solutions.
