We are looking for a dedicated Implementation Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful implementation of our solutions for our clients.
Summary:
The Implementation Project Manager at Avionté plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless adoption and utilization of our workforce management software solutions by our clients. This role requires not only strong project management skills but also technical aptitude to understand and effectively manage software implementation. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire implementation process, from project initiation to ensuring project milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and develop a comprehensive project plan. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process. Address client concerns and provide regular project updates.
- Technical Solutioning: Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude to effectively communicate with software developers and technical teams. Ensure that client requirements align with the capabilities of Avionté's software solutions.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional project teams, including technical solutions engineers, project managers, and software trainers. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members meet project deadlines.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project resources effectively, including budget, time, and personnel. Monitor project expenses and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Proactively escalate and address issues that may impact project success.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. Ensure that all project-related materials are organized and accessible.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Software Implementation Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Technical Project Lead, or Implementation Consultant.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand software systems and technical requirements.
- Experience with large, enterprise clients is a plus.
- Knowledge of the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus.
- Leadership and people management experience is a plus.
