Avionté Staffing Software announces integration with WorkN to Deliver Mobile-First Recruitment and Candidate Engagement
Eagan, MN, August 10, 2020 — Avionté today announced a new partnership with WorkN.
Roadmap reflects Avionté’s commitment to delivering a single, consistent, mobile talent enablement experience
Avionté, a leader in enterprise staffing, recruiting, and candidate experience software, introduces its accelerated mobile strategy roadmap for 2022. The roadmap and speed with which it will be delivered further solidify Avionté’s position as the leader in end-to-end and online mobile talent enablement.
“Staffing companies can drive higher talent loyalty and recruiter productivity while lowering total operating costs by standardizing the entire talent experience through a single mobile platform,” said Avionté CEO Rishabh Mehrotra. “Avionté 24/7’s seamless integration with AviontéBOLD supports the industry leader’s long-term goal of providing clients with a single, standard mobile application that they can use to reliably attract, recruit, engage, and enable their talent from initial work application to same day pay.”
The Avionté 24/7 Work module, launched in November 2021, enables staffing companies to post opportunities, send individual or mass communications, schedule assignments, and track employee time from a single mobile device. Clients using this mobile platform have consistently reported 20-30% gains in gross profit per recruiter, with 3x gains in talent redeployment and 30-50% increases in fill rates.
“However, this is just the beginning,” said Mehrotra. “With increased R&D investment, Avionté has rolled out new integrations and features of Avionté 24/7 faster than any other provider. Our seamless, integrated ATS/Mobile architecture allowed us to design, develop, test, and deploy a cutting edge COVID tracking solution in less than 12 weeks. Over the next 12 months, we expect to roll out a full suite of complementary 24/7 applications to enable a seamless, near real-time connection between recruiters and talent.”
Key modules under development on the 24/7 mobile platform include:
A single mobile talent experience platform benefits staffing firms and talent alike
Until now, staffing agencies have relied on costly, highly customized tech stacks to cobble together multiple software vendors for automated talent transactions. This approach, which is difficult to implement and maintain, results in fractured workflows and high total cost of ownership.
Consolidating the entire talent experience on a single mobile platform results in substantial advantages. The 24/7 mobile platform simplifies traditional talent-facing workflows by providing a seamless integration with the ATS and a single standard mobile interface. Regardless of the number of modules a client requests, the standard 24/7 mobile application can be live for AviontéBOLD customers within a few days. The newly added functionality works seamlessly with existing ATS workflows.
Deployment to talent is equally simple. Upon going live, the 24/7 mobile app can be pushed to the entire active AviontéBOLD talent database provided that each talent record includes a mobile phone number linked to an IOS or Android phone. A Smartlink text allows users to download the app and authenticate without having to establish a separate login ID and password. Staffing agencies need only deploy the mobile app once, but as they roll out additional 24/7 application modules, their talent will have instant access to the new functionality with the same easy-to-use interface.
Avionté aims for clients to leverage the entire suite of bundled modules. However, each module can stand on its own, and clients can expand their app portfolio at the pace that makes sense for business. Clients also have the option of implementing a customized white label version of the 24/7 platform, permitting the staffing agency to deploy a uniquely branded mobile app with the ability to support active recruiting.
The same mobile technology that underpins the 24/7 Mobile app is also available to non-Avionté clients under the WorkN brand. As a division of Avionté, WorkN continues to pursue and engage clients across multiple platforms to ensure they receive maximum benefits of increased R&D investments.
“WorkN has thrived as part of Avionté,” noted WorkN Co-Founder Jakob Rohn, who leads the innovation teams building out the mobile talent platform. “Within the past four months, we have more than doubled our revenue and expanded our development team while adding new features to further distinguish our platform. Our goal is to ensure that all Avionté and WorkN clients have access to the most sophisticated mobile technology for acquiring, engaging, and enabling talent.”
